Problem Note 53281: The Open Package option is unavailable (grayed out) when you open a registered model in the SAS® Enterprise Miner™ 12.1 client
From the SAS Enterprise Miner 12.1 client, you can open a model that is registered in the SAS® Metadata Server. When you try to open the model package from a registered model, the Open Package option is unavailable (grayed out).
This problem occurs when you configured your SAS® Content Server to use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) communication protocol.
There is no workaround or solution for this problem.
A hot fix is planned for this issue.
